Soap Organically is aware of business impact to the environment and works hard to be low to no impact. Soap organically uses USPS shipping exclusively at this time because they're very low impact, utilize recycled materials, and travel on established mail routes.

 Once an order is received, it is picked, wrapped, packaged and labeled by hand. Orders will ship sometimes ship the very same day they are ordered or the next available business day if the item is in stock. If the item is backordered or a pre-order it will ship as soon as it's available. 

Shipping with USPS is trackable so make sure you have your correct email and phone number entered when you place your order. Soap Organically LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All sales or purchases are final and non-refundable/non-returnable.
